About the Project
This self-initiated project aimed to enhance museum visitor experiences by developing a digital platform. The app provides indoor navigation and curated exhibit recommendations to create a more engaging and personalised museum journey. By offering seamless wayfinding and tailored exhibit suggestions.
My Role
I am the visual designer for the project, I established a cohesive visual language through custom map illustrations and complementary photography. The imagery was carefully selected to enhance the museum's artefacts and create an simple digital experience.
Illustrated Map:
Designed a visually engaging, illustrated map of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's first floor. The map effectively organises and highlights key areas through distinct visual representations of broader categories and their corresponding sub-sections.
